SUZHOU, China, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- Shijiazhuang Ever Bright beat Qingdao Huanghai 1-0 in the ninth round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) here on Saturday.
More than 5,000 participants from 156 teams from over 30 countries and regions competed in the games.

Both sides posed threats to the other, but no goals were scored in the first half. Shijiazhuang once got a good chance to score in the 33rd minute when forward Liu Xingyu was clean through on goal but his low volley was easily saved by the keeper.
A source told Xinhua, they have paid 50 percents of the negotiated fees at the initial stage of the three-year circle.
